In the wine cellar market, the falsification of wines and their distribution in the grey market represent two major problems.
How does RFID act?
The application of an RFID tag, in this case in label format (in different sizes for bottles and boxes), on boxes and pallets of each specific production batch, makes each bottle and each case of wine identifiable and locatable from production to consumption.
Each product is encoded with a proprietary algorithm, making it unique and non-duplicable.
There are therefore 3 main goals: anticounterfeiting of wine, product distribution under control and geolocalisation, more effective management of order processing by associating them with specific production.
